Bathroom vanity cabinets play a very important role in a renovation. Unfortunately, it could lead to lots of consumers and homeowners overwhelmed and confused. That’s simply because there are so many to choose from. But it’s also because most people don’t understand themselves and what their particular style is.

Having said that, the most important thing to do is know who you are and what your style is. See what colors you are comfortable with and which you don’t like at all. Additionally, try to assess the situation regarding your storage space, how much you have and how much you need.

If you’re like most people, your budget is affecting your design decisions. So, make sure that you absolutely know what your limits are before you start planning and shopping.

A lot of people are very drawn to the pedestal sink. And why not? It always looks exceptional. However, it has its downsides, if you are lacking in storage space. Therefore, seeing as most of us have way too many products already in our bathrooms, it’s important to store them away in order to keep the room looking clean and clutter free. Otherwise, they will just be sitting on top of a counter making the room look messy, not to mention how time consuming this can be with regards to cleaning.

Thankfully, there are many bathroom vanities that you can choose from. Additionally, you can also choose from old or antique dressers which can be refinished and used as a vanity. This could be the right option for you, especially if you are on a limited budget.

A lot of people are taking on jobs like thieves by themselves. If you’re slightly handy, it shouldn’t be a problem. The only thing is that you should have all the tools necessary on hand, such as a power drill, a stud finder, a utility knife, screwdrivers, and wrenches.

In order to install the vanity, you must ensure that the water has been turned off. Make sure you have a bucket handy to catch any water that will come out when you separate the pipes. You will have to remove the existing cabinet. You can loosen any caulking with the utility knife. Remove all the screws that attach it to the walls.

Once this is done, simply remove the piece out of the way and bring into your new vanity. Measure carefully and position it accordingly. You may require the use of some shins to make it flush with the wall. Once this is done, it can be screwed in, the pipes can be reconnected, and you can replace any parts that need changing.
