Do you find yourself staring in the mirror and wishing there was some way to permanently rid yourself of your double chin? Have you, on the spur-of-the-moment, decided to go on the attack to lose your excess facial weight, but didn’t have a specific plan to follow, & soon found yourself quitting after only a few days because you weren’t seeing any results as you didn’t really know what to do? You are not alone in this dilemma. There are countless people around the globe who suffer from double chins. Sometimes it is the result of aging, excess fat deposits under the skin around your chin, or simply the result of certain hereditary genes in your DNA. No matter what the cause, though getting rid of it in no small task, it can be done. Here are 5 easy, yet effective, exercises that you can do to help you shake off your double chin.

1.    Stand erect, push out your chest, & lean your head back as far as you can (be sure to keep your mouth closed) until you feel the stretch from your neck muscles. Hold this pose for 10 seconds then release. Repeat this exercise 10 times a day.
2.    Sit straight on a stool or armless chair with your arms in your lap & bend your cranium as far back as you can. Holding this position, open & close your jaw a number of times.
3.    Stand upright, elevate your chin & lower lip as far up as you’re able. When you feel a stretch in your décolletage, hold for 10 seconds, then release. Do this 10 times daily.
4.    Imitate an exaggerated chewing motion with your mouth while you raise your chin. This should cause your neckline muscles to tense & your jaws to exercise.
5.    Lastly, rotate your neck, by titling your head back & making a circle. You’ll notice that your neck muscles become tense as an arc is formed by the circular motion of your head. Hold the arc for 10 seconds. Daily, repeat this exercise 3 times.

These top 5 double chin exercises will greatly assist you in toning your facial muscles, & make you appear thinner & feel younger in the process.
