Revamp Your Six Pack Exercise Routine and Get Six Pack Abs

Getting six pack abs is a craze among teenage boys. It makes them look cooler and provides an erect posture. Well, getting six pack abs is not an easy task and requires a lot of hard work. The entire hard work goes in the exercises and gyms. There is a defined category of exercises which contributes in development of such abs in the torso of human body. These exercises form the fundamental path to attain a toned figure. Some of the exercises included in a six pack exercise program are as described below –

* Squats – squat is a kind of sit up exercise but it includes weights. It aims at making the back and spine strong so that it supports the torso well. Squats are often combined with dead lifts to attain a better effect.
* Crunches – crunches include the flexing of the abs and make them stronger. They also help in getting rid of fat accumulated around the abdomen. In crunches, one has to lie down and push shoulder towards the knees which are pulled towards shoulder. It like curving the body entirely.
* Leg lifts – leg lifts help in toning and strengthening the lower abdominal regain. While doing leg lifts, one has to simply lie down and move the leg at right angle with the upper half of the body.
* Sprints and sit ups – sprints and sit ups are a part of exercise routine and are important for reducing extra fat and strengthening body muscles.
* Balancing – balancing the whole body on a large ball also helps in gaining a control over the body. It strengthens the side muscles and makes body much stronger and evenly balanced.

Besides doing the above mentioned exercises, to gain such toned abs, one also needs to have a proper diet, which is rich in protein. A fit body indicates the fitness of mind and life too. So, it best to follow a proper fitness regime.
