If you’re looking for simple unique centerpiece ideas for your wedding, there are many ideas you can implement to achieve a unique yet stunning look at your wedding reception.  Tall flowers such as orchids can make very elegant centerpieces, come in a variety of colors to suit any wedding theme, and can be bought in just about any flower store.  Fresh cut tulips or calla lilies in your color of choice also make a great wedding centerpiece; simple, yet beautiful.  If you use flowers for your wedding reception centerpieces however, just make sure they are of the right color and height to coincide with the wedding theme throughout the room and dining areas.

You don’t necessarily have to have flowers for your wedding centerpieces however. There have been many weddings that have used other types of centerpieces while still having a dramatic effect.  An idea for a original wedding centerpiece is to go to your local store and purchase a number of picture frames. Then take some pictures that you love of you and your fiance and have them copied so that each table will have a number of frames all stacked in the center of your tables. If you wish, you can even place a glass vase with flowers surrounded by the pictures. Have at least one picture frame per person so that each guest can sign the back of the frame with a message for the bride and groom.  Then, once you and your spouse return from your honeymoon and begin to decorate your new home, you will have a beautiful picture and unique message from each of your guests to adorn the house with.
