Great Lip Exercises;
1) To start, close your lips firmly and tightly for a couple of seconds to ensure that they are pressed and tightened to properly warm them up. Now, pout your lips and suck both your cheeks inwards (remember to keep your lips firmly closed) as close as you can possibly can, just like doing a fish face. Maintain that position for about ten counts then release and relax. Repeat the routine for five times more.
2) Pucker your lips as if you are about to kiss someone. Move your lips upwards as if you are trying to touch the tip of your nose with your lips. Maintain that position for ten counts. Relax then repeat the process five times.
3) Keep your lips closed and smile as wide as you possibly can. Once you have reached your limit, pucker and point your lips forward. Hold that position for five seconds and repeat for five times.
Fantastic Cheek Exercises;
1) When performing an exercise for cheeks, always have a mirror right in front of you, so you could see your facial movements. Now, close your mouth and blow some air onto your upper lip, move the air over to your left cheek, then pass it onto your right cheek and finally onto your lower lip.
2) Close your mouth, keep your lips together and smile. Maintain that position and crinkle your nose so it reveals the muscles on your cheeks. Hold that position for ten counts. Relax then repeat the entire process for five times more.
