Your metabolism controls how much calories you burn. The faster your metabolism, the more the calories that you burn. The slower your metabolism, the fewer calories burnt. SO if you want to be leaner and have more energy, all you have to do is find a way that you can boost your metabolism. Well, the good new is that I will share with you 11 ways that you can boost your metabolism.
1. Eat breakfast
Eating first thing in the morning will give your metabolism a boost. But if you don’t consume breakfast, the body goes into conservation mode and slows down the metabolism. So eat up!
2. Take 5 deep breaths
When you are stressed, your metabolism slows down. Deep breathing from the belly reduces stress. So take a break and take a few deep breaths to calm you.
3. Drink lots of water
